Five-county SEPA community paths (Freedom, TruMark) are often the simplest local start for Bucks / Chester / Delaware / Montgomery / Philadelphia residents and workers.
Philadelphia city paths (PFCU, American Heritage city FOM, Sun East community list) are not the same as suburban county FOM — read each listing.
Association / Foundation paths (Quorum ACC, Garden Savings ACC for PA, Alliant Foundation, Diamond PACC, PSECU PRPS/PACC, Sun East Foundation, Kids-N-Hope) are labeled — not “secret loopholes.”
