Spot an error?
Joinable listings are evidence-backed summaries from official credit-union and NCUA (or ASI) sources. Rules and fees change. If something looks off, we’d rather hear from you than leave a stale page up.
What we need: the page URL, what’s wrong in plain language, and a link to a primary source (the credit union’s join / fees / disclosures page, or an NCUA / ASI record). We won’t invent eligibility or fees from a tip alone — a source keeps the directory honest.
How to send a correction
Email is enough for v1. No account required.
- Copy the URL of the Joinable page (browser address bar).
- Note what’s inaccurate (for example: join path closed, fee changed, ZIP/city claim, insurer label).
- Include a link to the official page that shows the current rule or fee.
What happens next
- We check the source you sent against the listing.
- If it checks out, we update the page and the “last verified” note when we can.
- We may not reply to every note, but every concrete correction with a source helps.
What this is not
- Not a place to apply for membership — go to the credit union’s own site.
- Not financial, legal, or tax advice — see Not financial advice Spot an error? .
- Not a guarantee we’ll change wording without a primary source.
Correction path added: 2026-10-25 (America/Los_Angeles). Separate brand from Atlas / City Fair Shops.
