Caveats
Census-tract UX is harder than a simple city list. Partial-city coverage is common. Not a path for most Westside / South Bay / central LA residents unless they work/worship/school in a covered tract.

Medium — open community path exists, but you must match a census tract (or family/SEG path). Feels Harder than a clean county-wide FOM; labeled Medium with the tract caveat rather than Hard (Hard reserved for occupational-only affinity).
